Employees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

Our Employees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers a convenient way to become a company shareholder. Through the plan, purchase shares of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. common stock (NYSE: TMO) at a 5% discount.

How the ESPP Works

There are two enrollment windows each year, typically in the fall and spring, where you can participate. When you enroll, you decide the percentage of your eligible pay that will be set aside on an after-tax basis through payroll deductions for the ESPP. You can contribute up to 10 percent of your eligible pay, with an annual purchase limit of $25,000. Fidelity Investment Stock Plan Services administers the ESPP.
